1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and statutory holidays) after receiving your
order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST), Monday through Friday.
Orders placed after the cut-off time or on weekends will be processed on the next business day.
2. SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch.

Expedited Express Shipping 1 – 3 Business Days $9.99
International Shipping 7 – 14 Business Days Calculated at Checkout
3. ORDER TRACKING
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can
use to check its status. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.
You can also track your shipment directly on our store page at c6fd14-rm.myshopify.com or through the carrier's
tracking link provided in your email.
4. SHIPPING ADDRESS & ADDRESS CHANGES
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete before placing your order. If you need to make a
correction, please email us immediately at BelAcobs7582@outlook.com.vn. Once an order has been dispatched, we
are unable to change the shipping address.

Packaging Protection for Accessories:
All delicate accessories (such as tempered glass screen protectors and phone cases) are securely packaged with
protective bubble wrap and reinforced boxes to prevent damage during transit.
5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES (FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)
Q & G NOTARY SERVICES LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed
during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, duties, etc.).
6. LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Damaged in Transit: If you receive your order damaged (e.g., cracked screen protector or crushed packaging),
please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will send a
replacement free of charge.
Lost or Stolen Packages: If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please
check around your residence and contact the local carrier. If still unfound, contact us for assistance.
